ENERGO-Pro bils by sammut115
Does anyone know how to go about obtaining itemized electric bills from the Energo -Pro website ? Its simple enough paying online for non residents but the bill they issue comes only with the amount due , without any details of usage .

If you pay via epay, try clicking on the little magnifying glass to the left of the bill in the list on the main epay page. It should bring up an itemized bill for Energo-Pro, showing the old and new meter readings for the two different rates and ... Read More

Sharing Property Search Feedback by JimJ
We get lots of requests for advice about areas that people are considering but very little, if any, feedback on how those searches are going, what the searchers did/didn't like when they got there, what real condition the properties are in ...

Sounds like a good buy, just on the land value!I doubt our village house is worth all that much more than I've spent on it. But we want it to live in, not to sell on, and in the meantime, the UK house we'll sell when we move is increasing in value. ... Read More

And our village is very different to @JimJ's! It's set in a river valley in the Danubian plains in Dobrich province, so there are no views apart from at the top of the hill, though along the small river is quite pretty. The population is now less ... Read More

I would love to hear back on what property searchers found when they looked at houses! I thought I was prepared, and yet I cried the first night in my house, it was in need of so much more work than I expected. Agents' photos may be out of date, and ... Read More

Yulson homes bulgaria by Pumarosa200
Hi I was wondering if anybody has bought a house from yulson homes and if their experience was positive, also how long have they been trading and if they are legitimate? Thanks in advance

I haven't dealt with them, but they seem legit and I think at least one forum member bought from them and reported a good experience. Onr thing to consider, not just for this seller, but with any Bg properties for sale online, is that some of the ... Read More
