Hi I was wondering if anybody has bought a house from yulson homes and if their experience was positive, also how long have they been trading and if they are legitimate? Thanks in advance - @Pumarosa200

Don't know how long they have been trading, but their Facebook page was created on 30th July 2022. But their reviews are all good on Facebook.

I haven't dealt with them, but they seem legit and I think at least one forum member bought from them and reported a good experience.

Onr thing to consider, not just for this seller, but with any Bg properties for sale online, is that some of the properties may have been on the market a while. This means they might not be in the same condition shown in the photos. If you're seriously interested in anything they have available, ask when the photos were taken and request recent ones if it was a while ago.

I had a look at their website, the property with the school looks interesting. €130,000 but it comes with the refurbished house that is split into 2 apartments and 6000m² land. The school building does need work, but has been fitted with German made uPVC windows.

It does have pertentional for many uses.

Should be around 3-4 years. But the owner has been very successful since.

As I said going by their Facebook reviews, Sonny seems to be a good and nice person. It was just out of interest for the OP, asking how long had they they been trading.
