So, I needed to buy shaving cream today KKKKKKKKK

GuestPoster376

Went for a walk this morning down Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro to buy shaving cream. If you have been here before, you know the street I am talking about.

There is a thread here somewhere that a number of us were talking about the sheer proliferation of farmacias in all Brasilian cities. In a matter of 3 blocks I entered four.......Venenzia, Drogasmil, Pacheco and Raia..........

I was after a 65ml tube of BOZZANO shaving cream, a famous brand that has been here for decades.

Prices varied from R$24 to RS16 to R$13 to R$8 for the identical product in each location. Buy good shoes here and be prepared to walk, and you WILL save money on almost everything.........seriously.

@Gasparzinho 777 Sorry, yes, I have been down that street, but it was over 40 years ago, and I didn't need to shave back then.

After you find the lowest price in a store, your next stop is the guy selling it

How about the after-shave lotion?  Is the price for this all over the map too?  Are you recommending that we brush up on our haggling tactics?  KKKK...
