We are not large. That's only 4 sows. But we had four births very close together over about a 6 week period. There's a larger, unprofitable piggery that just has to do it "their way" that is buying piglets to fatten and sell about 120 at a time not ... Read More

We remain profitable in our piggery. Sold 21 piglets to others to raise because we were already at max capacity for fattening. Sold those 24 fatteners over a two week period to the meat shop. Avg slaughter weight (dressed) was right at 100 kilos. ... Read More
