Resignation - is the air fare ticket still on the company?

Hi , i just want to know if im still eligible with air fare ticket.

I just came back here in oman last january 25 from annual leave , but then my contract is set to expire on may 25 2025,聽 and its in the labour law in oman that employers must repatriate their employees who end their contract.. but is the air fare ticket still on the company or shall i book and pay it for my self ?.

Hi,

Yes, it is usually on the company, but check your contract as well.

As per the local labor law, yes .. however, if you are moving to another company in Oman, or coming back to Oman for any other reason, the employers may bargain with you to reach a deal otherwise.
