D7 - How do you get to organise the criminal record check by SEF ?

Hi,

Hope someone can help me. As part of my application for the D7 at the London Embassy, I have to provide this:

鈥⒙� 聽 Application for consultation of the Portuguese criminal record by the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF);

I have managed to sort out the UK criminal records check, but I have no idea what to do about this requirement ? can anyone help?

@neale_p did you figure it out? How? I'm stumped. I'm an American and was able to get an FBI background check but when it comes to the SEF it seems impossible. It's asking me for a CDM or digital mobile key, but I can't get one because I don't have a tax ID or citizens card. And everything is in Portuguese Help!
