South African Doctors

Hi there

I am a South African qualified medical doctor.聽 I was hoping to get some advice from other South Africans who have successfully completed their BIG registration.

I know we are required to write both Dutch and professional exams.聽 Does anyone have experience with practicing under supervision for two years before taking the exams?

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I don't know the answer to your question and we don't get many doctors coming on here, even less who come back and tell us how they got on; so you may not get an answer.

You really need to find specific people and probably the best way to do that is by going through the social media places like LinkedIn and FB.聽 There is a group on LinkedIn called "South African Professionals Abroad" who you could approach for contacts; this will take you there.
