Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I think it's a bit early to look for a job, my advice would be to check that any qualifications you have are recognised in the Netherlands and whether you need to update/refresh anything.聽 You could also join something like LinkedIn and reach out to your peers to find out who is hiring and, probably more importantly, where these companies are, then send them your CV a bit nearer the time you are going to move.聽 In the meantime, save some money to tide you over the first few months you are there.
