losing uk tax residency

I need advice on how to keep a base in uk for my wife without comprising my chances of losing of MY uk tax.

Can she own or rent property ?
Can she live in a property owned by HER children or MY children
She will live in uk about 180 days a year me visit well under 89 days.

Is legal separation or divorce only answer ( Dont want THAT) !!!!

Any recs for reliable advisors uk or pafos? BlevinsFranks ?

Blevins Franks are very good

and you must now consider the implications聽 of the new tax regulations comng out for next year which are currently under consideration via a cinsultation document - due for end of consultation period october 2014.....as that may well mean many people could lose their UK tax allowances...
