Answer: Medellín.

Colombia's coastal cities -- at sea level -- are too darned hot.

Average monthly high temperature in Santa Marta consistently is a toasty 90 degrees F. January-September, 88 F. the other months .. meaning that there are many days with high temps over 90.  (source: holiday-weather.com)

Thanks for replying so fast. Believe it or not i believe 60 is to low temperature for us. We were in a really bad motorcycle accident and we are really messed up.
We live in Tampa Florida and it gets to cold fir us here with all the metal rods and broken bone's we have. We have to go to a Warner place. In the 90's is high but we lots of 90's here and we can do it.
