I joined this blog just now... i need all your help and suggestions. I recd. invitation to apply for residence..How is
NZ and I am basically an electrical engineer put up 12 years of experience. How is job market..

the process to get residence in NZ is listed below.

You first have to see if you qualify for a visa. For this . This site will give you all the information you require and you can also use this site to apply.

As an electrical engineer, if you have qualifications that the NZ govt accept, you should be able to get a visa. Visas are issued on a points system so the more verifiable qualifications you have the more points you get.

For work I suggest you do a Google search for job websites and then research them.
