Can you recommend some financial institutions i.e. Commercial Banks in California?

What about their facilities they offer? For example: [Internet Banking, Credit Facilities, ATM's machine availability throughout the city]

How the mentioned institution(s) has(ve) facilitated or facilitate your life?

USA have modern banking system, you name it we all have it.

As for extending a credit depends on the credit score. Typically a new immigrant builds the credit score before being eligible for higher credit limit.

There are other blog forums that gives tip on how to go on about building higher credit score. Its not an easy task, its a work in progress that can only be achieved in years of building credit.

I prefer to bank with credit unions and not the big banks like BoA or Wells Fargo but its up to every individual.
