Hi everyone! I have booked a Swiss Airlines ticket for the upcoming vacation but suddenly realised that the name on my ticket has a missing initial. Does anyone know about the Swiss Airlines name change policy? I want to rectify my mistake as soon as possible, and I would appreciate your assistance.

Hi there,

I am sure you have returned from your trip !

For information as a former travel agent, remember to always read your ticket thoroughly before travelling, this could cost you another ticket or not being able to pass authority should the information not matching the passprot.

It is possible to change the spelling through the airlin business site, although you would have to register and to do so you would have short notice time to alter. Once done contact them to secure your printed ticket and verification.

Should you not have any reply, contact the airport where you are travelling and arrange with the boarding team on site, they are able to alter before departure, this is your last result because they do not like this...

Finally see with the airport if there are other alternative at the point of sale for reprinting the ticket...
