Dear friends,

Anyone has experience applying driving license here? I have to be honest that I don't know how to drive, should I attend a driving school first? Any idea how long is the period for this? And the chargings for training?

your only option is to goto driving school.

There you may ask you to pay for many things. just keep your bills.
Normally you will have to attend 40 classes since you dont have any other licences.

just make sure you have around 5k AED to start with.
