Work Permit on Dependant visa with Old Tb Scar
@Ml Gaming we are on the same page waiting for my sponsored visa to be approved after the cancellation of my employment visa, The agency that i applied for my sponsor visa says they have not tried for some one who had already done the eye scan, its been a week and my application is still pending.

Dear friends, Has anyone encountered the opportunity to lift a tb ban through the purchase of real estate? and obtaining an investment visa. thx a lot
A friend tried. Didn't work. The problem is that you do all the investment to get to the visa process which is when you find out what happens. My friend actually had property so he tried anyway after leaving.

@XTang thx dear for reply, so only one way - make family viza under husban, and after can i buy flat in uae? i want to back and stay there for living . what real option?

@XTang maybe your friend need to make viza for wife or for parent and back under sponsor viza
Get dependant visa. Only thing that works for sure.
@comingtodubai after the regular medical screen ( xray and blood sample) I expected that I won't be fit. They called my sponsor (my husband) that I need to return for some additional medical ( sputum test) for 2 consecutive days. The 1st sputum was negative. The result come out on my 2nd test. The 2nd sputum will take 42days for the result. But don't worry if you worried the over stay. They will give you paper to give to the immigration for fine. In my case I did not over stay before the result come out. It was negative. You need the visa of your husband passport and EId and your attested marriage certificate and also the translated marriage contract I submit all of that. After 2-3 working days they called to my husband to get the certificate to proceed to process my residence visa. I had to pay for additional for opening my file because its more than a month. I finish all the process for just 1 day. 1 thing if you get the certificate you need your sponsor to be with you. Because he needs to sign some documents. After a week I got my EMirates ID delivered.
@I have tb history back in 2007 and got treated for 1 year, went here in dubai 2018 and applied for residence visa in 2019 got my medical result unfit due to old scars, i undergo sputum test and skin test it was negative got my medical result fit, now the issue is after my cancellation with my old visa last dec 2022, 8 after i applied for investors visa and this time i got my medical result unfit again due to my old scars, went to some private doctors to undergo sputum test result is negative then the doctor consult me to a follow up and undergo a doctor from government hospital, question is if i got my medical result from government hospital all negative id there again a big change to show it to DHA and get a fit medical result? Please enlighten me
The guidelines on the official government website. The full law, in the official gazette in arabic only.

@Ml Gaming can u please confirm if u allowed to work on husband visa for old scars?

@Maryam Khan95
You an apply 1 year valid, multiple-entry family visit visa and stay with your family
Hello sir I told you before that my medical was unfit in UAE and sent me to India due to lungs scarring which was not related to TB that I told to doctor and I have had never TB in the past but after eight months I applied visit visa and visa got rejected due to security reasons but few days ago I checked my status by sending a Local arabic to immigration office and he said no ban on me and no issues on visa and I can come to UAE once again. One thing I have to tell you that the person who was with me in the last day in medical centre said I am ban for six months. Will I come to UAE once again cause I want to open a grocery store in UAE
I have explained this many times. If you are deported for a medical reason, there IS a ban and it is permanent. Forget about coming to the UAE.
But sir UAE immigration shows no ban on me cause my brother checked my status by sending a local arabic to immigration office so how can I believe that I am permanent ban from entering UAE.
I said what I have to say. You can go ahead and try to get your visa.
@XTang
dear XTang, help plz with info
if i get unfit with old tb scars and deport with scan eyes, can i back to UAE with dependant viza from my husband? or this rule 2016 only working without deport? after deport any chance to back with dependant viza?
if its posible remove ban and get dependant viza - what first step? Thank u
Already answered many times. Dependent visa possible regardless of situation. Ask your husband to approach the health clinic and then immigration. They will guide him.
Thx for reply, yes i know that many time we discussed, but hospital reply by email that my ban put sponsor ( but its was pus by hospital of couse) and they reply that we need to go to emigration and take with us medical result that i dont have any scars. its why im asked again, maybe before i understand all this info about sponsor viza not correct. now i understand and thx again for reply
@Ml Gaming
Is it really they call for Addtional test , they will not reject immediately ? My wife have same issue
@Saravana Ganesh
She will be able to get dependent visa with old tb scar. For family they have relaxed rules. Depending on her X-ray they will most likely give her a one year fit follow up visa first .
Hi maybe someone can answer me. Do i need to wait the result for my 2nd follow up (1 year) before i can renew my visa?
Finally after a period of 1 month and 15 days waiting for medical report, it is finally out and given 1 year visa,
@xtang I would to ask you or anyone here. Being given one year again, is it because I changed visa? Coz my last visa was one year with follow ups as I hve been explaining this matter here but I didnt renew it, I cancelled it and got offer from another company hence changing visa. So could this be the root cause for being given one year visa again instead of 2 years
Generally yes.
@geepee 21
No, you can go ahead and renew it. They wont give you a report after the follow up.
@XTang
Hi,
I have received my dependent visa without any issues after the xray. Got 2 years visa . I have a question. If i apply for any job(medical field), will i go through medical again or medical done for residence will be consider? i didnt receive any report about xray or any comments or any further investigations. it was just cleared and got biometrics done and EID was sent to us.
Any chance that it was not picked up due to multiple other changes in my xray due to covid, viral infections etc? and i can get a job?
thanks.
There is medical on renewal and also when you cancel / shift visas to another employer (transfer depends really on where to where e.g. freezone to mainland etc).
If you were cleared, you were cleared. Don't overthink it.
@XTang please as you saw my thread regarding my medical issues and I was given one year visa, do I need to go back for another follow up?? Because the doctors never informed anything whether to go back or not. And if I am to go back, after how long do I need to go back?
but remember as I have been saying here that in 2023 August I was given one year visa with follow up and told me to always go back every after 4 months and which I did en completed but then when I changed to new company last year In October and went for medicals again then still after few days they told me to go medical follow up and I went there just only one days en gave blood sample en spatum test then I came back and waited for results which took almost a month plus to come and finally they gave me one year visa but no one told me to go back for another follow up, so I need to wait till this visa expires or its a must I have to go back for another follow up? Because they dint tell me to go. And if I am to go there, when do I have to go back? Or there is no need to go back since they never told me? Thanks @xtang
@Ml Gaming
Was it a 2 year Residence visa that was issued to you after the 2nd sputum test came out negative?
Instead of asking here, why dont you go to the medical center and ask them? Ideally, there should be follow up.
Read what I wrote. I am not a mind reader so can't answer if the doctors meant to ask you to come back for a follow up or not or what time period they had in their minds. Remember this, you are not in school i.e. if teacher doesn't say anything, I don't have to do it. A government process is the government process - it is YOUR responsibility to comply with it. Even if no one said anything, will not stop you from being held liable for violation. Lack of knowledge is not an excuse.
For these kind of things, there is a follow up process for a year. Again, I would suggest that you go and ask. If you want to ignore it because no one asked you, fine, that is your decision and chosen outcome.
