You have to register to get invitation..

and as for women, i believe they are allowed. based on that you are able to choose a female prefix! such as Miss. or Mrs.

There will be a Cars and Coffee in Riyadh in December. Look for the details on the Superior Automotive Blog. There was one in Jeddah a few months back and it was amazing. And yes a great mixed crowd, very relaxed and not what you would normally see out here
