Hahaha - this reminds me of what my grandmother used to say when all the grandkids would come visit and say ... "grammy, we are bored ... "

To which, her response was ..... "You kids are bored because you all are boring ... Now go outside and play!!!"

I totally agree!  To say you are bored is like saying you have no imagination, no creativity, no ability to entertain yourself!

To be bored means you rely on other people or external things to entertain you.

In a place like KSA, you've got to learn to be self-reliant in this respect or you're just going to be miserable.

I always complain about not having enough time to read all the books I have, watch all the movies / TV show I like, learn all the languages I can't speak, talk to all my friends everyday, visit new places, etc.. The list goes on.

Thanks for responding and not reacting ,hope she will calm down ,I had that irritation when I came here ,and I do regret it because I felt  just so emotional and angry and unhappy for whatever reasons  that didn't notice I was unintentionally hutring other peoples feelings.

well it is very real especially if u r in saudi and don't have friends and cannot go out
