Can onyone please guide me with the baladiya rules and regulations as I have been managing several retail stores but due to many restrictions from Baladiya, i am not able to do much of promotional activities.

My company deals in retail clothing and also has some departmental stores. Gift items etc.

Well I have been checking out this website but it is of no use of mine. There are no such things related to restrictness of outlets activities in the website.

I am not opening a new shop, I am just redecorating the shop and i want to put some lights and stuff outside the shop, printed paper on the glasses of the shop. etc. But all ive heard from people is that baldiya will charge you for this. Why would they charge us? and even if they do, they must have a rule book where we can check all their rules.
