Compounds in Dammam

Hi All

I am being transferred from Jeddah to Dammam.
Any suggestions or recommendations on Compounds in Dammam?

There is an area close by Dhahran mall which has couple of compounds it is between Dammam/Khobar, you need to go from Khobar to Dammam with max 30 mins it is around 20 mins

Please let me know which area in Dammam you want to live so I can maybe help further

Thank you so much... I am working at Dareen Mall... so as close as possible... I asked some locals and being told there is no Compounds in that area, because it is so close to the city centre.
If not a compound, then atleast a proper clean 1 bedroom flat... preferably furnished... i went to 3 different units yesterday, it was basically a hotel room or suite, which will sufficient for a short term solution but not permanent. The units ranged between 3000 to 4000 Riyal monthly, which is a bit high for what i get, old and dirty units.
