Payment made for Iqama Renewal, but not able to renew

I have paid all the necessary payments and my insurance is also valid but my iqama is not renewing

Make sure you paid dependents fee till the date you want to renew iqama. For example if you want to renew for. 1 year which falls on 6 Muharram 1447 , fee should be paid till that date. While paying in bank, u select date of 6 Muharram 1447

In this case all payments have to done by sponsor. If you have to make all payments, then pay as it appears in system
