Hello Everyone.

I have transferred company last Oct of 2021 with 2 years contract. My contract will end this Oct of 2023. I am planning to transfer again with another company. Can my company deny me from transferring? I served my full contract, I am a local hire, and my contract stated on the period of demobilization if the employee resides in Saudi arabia at the beginning of the contract. No mobilization fee if the employee decides not to renew with the contract.

Please your thoughtS on this so I can make final plan on what is my next move for my career. Thank You.
