Hi everyone, Can somebody advice me on what to do? My company is always giving our salary very late, and by late it means almost a month after the cut off. I know it’s not that much late but most of my colleagues have families back home who are waiting for their allotment. In my case, I need to pay to the bank on time, otherwise there will be a penalty. Is it ok if we all go to the ministry and file a complain?

Dear all

I would like to share, my employer hold my 5 months he is not paying salary so what I have to do? In this case, anyone can suggest me. And also he is saying I will terminate you while my contract is 2 year until June 2024,聽 if he terminate me how can I get another visa?

I have to already complain ministry of manpower regarding my selry and my passport because my contract is finished I want to go my country so I said if my employee give me my selry than good if he can not give my selry give me my passport and my ticket so they are telling me ok I will try to take your passport but they are not replay me labor court tell me ok ok I will try what I do now please let me know

I have applied through the labor office for the Ministry of Labor and filed a complaint. They gave me an appointment to attend, and I have attended all the 3 appointments. However, my company only attended one of the appointments. The complaint was then referred to court, and it has been 2 months since, but I have not received any response from the court. My passport is still with the company, and I am struggling without a job and money. I informed the ministry that I only wanted to go home as soon as possible, with no need of money as my health condition is not good. Normally, how long does this process take to complete? Is there a specific duration for this process? Can somebody tell me what I can do to go home?
