Suggestion about Health care in Ukraine

Hello,

I was told that finding an American Clinic (or English speaking clinic) would be no problem in Ukraine the the people I contracted with. I am in Dnepropetrovsk and no one has been able to refer me to a doctor that I can communicate with. Do you have any suggestions?
