If you mean for money, then you would need to join a company, or volunteer service. At this moment in time its a bit dodgy but try work.ua and enter the city you wish to try and work in. Just remember that although the 90 days in 180 still applies, if you work illegally, or without correct paper work, as the country is under marshal law, you will not get a slap, you will be locked up and put on trial. Ukraine may be at war, they may seem lax on things but trust me there on there game, and will soon feel your collar. The other odd point is why Ukraine to work as a painter. You would earn at best 20 euros a day. Before tax if you do it legally.
