Working as medical specialist in switzerland

Hi,

I have a spanish friend, gynecologist, with a german degree who's looking to move from spain and one of her options was Switzerland. She's been asking around because apparently she needs to have had 3 years of training in switzerland before she can start working there; I'm also very confused as someone who had switzerland as an option for when I graduate from EU medicine as I thought one only needed to validate the degree along with the language.

Is there any way she can skip those 3 years knowing she has probs 2 decades of experience in the specialty? Any insight on the current laws?
