What is the procedure to make a non-emergengy appointment with a doctor. We are registered at Backa V氓rdcentral. I have tried phoning but cannot understand swedish instructions to make options. Does someone have experience with this that can guide me?

You can try booking an appointment via
For this you should have personal number/ Swedish ID, of course.
Another option is to drop-in at v氓rdcentralen, explain at the reception what is the case and usually a doctor can see you within a couple of hours.Depends on how many people there are before you.
