i found may gyms in gothenburg but i wounder if somebody can advice me the best, mainly i need it to lose weight

Well it depends where you live and you economy. Sportlife is everywhere and it is most trendy. Friskis och Svettis is the cheapest, however you dont need to have the lates outfit to fit in. Everyone is welcome there.

thanks so much for the advice , but unfortunately i am living outside goteborg , its 20 minutes by buss
but do you think sport life or Friskis och Svettis might give a free trial for a week or something ?
