Renting Room long term

Hello. We have a large house but it (and life) is proving costlier than we expected and so we need to generate some income by renting out a room and bathroom (plus shared use kitchen). This would be long term rental.

Is this even allowed in Catalonia and what bureaucratic steps are necessary?

There are rental offers in the housing section at the top of this page so I would assume it is legal.

Sure and thanks. We know people offer whole flats. Just wondered if it's allowed when owners share accomodation.
