I am from Pakistan and i want to know that my pakistani international driving license is accepted in Romania or i have to make a new driving license?

In general, an international driving license is only valid for a certain period of time anywhere you visit in the world. It will be useful to rent a car, although you are entitled to rent a car with any driving license. If you intend to live in Romania, then you will have to address this issue with the Traffic Police in the relevant city. The Traffic Police are the only authorities who can decide if your Pakistani license can be exchanged for a Romanian one or if you will need to take a driving test to get one.
