Permanant residency through child descent

Hey guys,

I was just approached by one of the consultants. They told that one can be eligible for PR in 6 months through child descent. They are achieving this as part of the scheme where data was lost in the era of world war 2. So our parents had to migrate to other countries and being their descent we can apply the residency. How authentic is that. Have somebody achieved this already and got PR?
