Looking for a place in Norway to have fingerprints done

Hi My Name is Al.

I've been searching for a place in Norway to have fingerprints taken so that they can be sent to Singapore for what's known as a Certification of Clearance (COC). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've tried the police department without success because it's done electronically there. No luck with the U.S. Embassy they can not help either.

they're on summer break now but perhaps the Singapore consulate can help? If it's official paperwork for their country it seems like something they might have had to handle before:

Thanks, I did send and email and got that as a reply. I'll try them but I was hoping there was an alternative. I keep running in to a wall.
