Hi,

can someone give me some more information on how psycho-social support is organized for cancer patients in Norway of where we can find this kind of information?

My girlfriend currently works as a psycho-oncologist in Belgium and would like to find a similar job in Oslo.

I would not say the psychological support in case of cancer is something very advanced in Norway compared to some other countries. People are expected here to heal by themsevelses as they are strong Norwegians.

Ulev氓l and radium hospital are the two biggest hospital in Norway which work with cancer. There is always a shortage of doctors in Norway but I read they will cut of psycological related positions at the main hospital this year to make savings.
