Dear Rashaad,
All I can offer is thoughts and prayers. Just getting a regular drivers license in Norway takes an act of congress. I had to go to driving school, which is extremely expensive, at the age of 40 after I had been driving 25 years in the states. Driver麓s Ed is not as much fun at 40 as it was at 15!
