Where to live on Malta?

Ellis Liam

I‘m currently in the process of applying for a job. The company is in Mosta. I have stayed in Valletta, Floriana and Qawra and generally liked it everywhere.

I‘m wondering, where would you say makes sense to live, when working in Mosta and not owning a car?

Thanks everyone!

If you are working in Mosta, I would suggest you try to find a place in Mosta itself.

Beaches such as At Paul's Bay, Bugibba, Qawra, Mellieha, and Golden bay are just one bus ride away.

If you prefer to live close to the sea and commute to work, then your best options are Mellieha, St Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra which only require one bus to get to Mosta.

Mosta is absolute hell for parking, try as near as possible even better if you can't drive.

I lived there and had an office there, ended up just not using my office rather than find parkijng - no jokes it can take 45 minutes to find a parking in Mosta some days.

Volcano is right 45 min   if you are lucky.

Living further afield  buses are very crowded  peak times , & if full drive past your stop.

There is no easy commuting  in Malta.

Good luck.
