Hello friends, one quick question for residence card to collect. I haven鈥檛 have yet received my letter whereas the email has confirmed that it鈥檚 been posted. So will it be possible to go with the message and the blue paper along with my Passport and referral number to collect in the Identita office? Can anyone please advice me? Thank you for your help!

Unless things have changed it is unlikely that you will be given your eResidence card without the letter, I would suggest you ask them direct by calling in at the office, they can only say no! They may then be able to resend the letter.

You will definitely need the paper letter posted to your address to collect the card.

The reason for this is to prove that the address exists and you are actually living at this address. If you have not received the letter, ask for this to be resent.
