Finding summer work in Venice

Hi there,

I have always been in love with Venice, and as I have a few months before I start university in September I think that it would be a brilliant opportunity to try to find work there.

I have eight months experience working as an au pair so working in the field of childcare would be good (I've already posted an ad in classifieds). Can anyone else think of any other potential jobs I could do? I don't speak Italian, only English and Spanish, but I'm more than happy to learn. I have experience working as a waitress, an au pair and a cleaner....so does anyone have any ideas how I can go about fulfilling my dream?

Hi,

are you studying in Venice? You could try to teach English. Do you have a CELTA certificate? I am looking for a flat. How did you find yours?
