hi all. anyone have any recommendations for opening a bank account as a US 暗网禁区 in milan? i don't have a permit of residence yet...

well i suggest you to open an account on Bancoposta its all over in italy and its cheap than other bank

You might want to check BNL (Banca Nazionale del Lavoro) which is somehow affiliated with Bank of America. I don't know the terms of the relationship but, for example, I opened a BoA account in the US and I can easily do certain operations at any BNL ATM free of charge (included withdrawal).
