Canadian in Lyon, France with a working holiday visa

I am a canadian here in france with a working holiday visa..
I'm trying to find work now that I am getting more settled into the city.
If you have/(are in) experience with my situation it would be a great help to hear from you any advice or tip will be very helpful.

Hi Asako, i'm a french guy who has been working through ski resort for a while now.
Thing is people who don't speak french can still get a job in most of the ski resorts ( 2 hours from Lyon) because of the english speaking only tourists.
