Teacher Relocating from U.S.

Greetings,

I have a PhD in theology and ethics. I also taught primary school and have the TEFL. I would like to relocate to Lyon, France in September 2017. I can teach at the university, language schools or primary school level. I am analytical but also quite creative. I am happy to tutor but also want a day job upon which I may rely.

I also can use any advice about good places to live. Would prefer something quiet, adequate space, close enough to transport links. I am open to renting a room the first few months, saving money, and then something larger.

I am happy to use teaching skills but have a passion for social justice issues.

Advice is warmly received.

Hi,

I am a teacher who will be doing the same thing as you in the Western part of France.聽 My advice is contact the universities in Lyon and the surrounding region.聽 They are always looking for lecteur/lectrice and maitrise de langue!
