This is down to quantity and quality.
If you're talking big numbers, you need to be contacting big firms such as KP nuts or Planters.
If you're a smaller business, look at the market stall suppliers. This section of the business tends to deal in cheaper, lower quality products, commonly without the QC interests (AV/PV/Aflatoxin tests and so on) the big names are strict with.
The most popular cashews are the 450s, the 320s tending to go to supermarket brands, these being produced at the same factories but under whatever brand name.
