Contact either Nordea, Den Danske Bank or Jyske Bank. They'll know.

Yes, Nordea will give you a USD account.聽

Another hint.聽 If you transfer $ to Denmark.聽 Transfer the amount in dollars and let your danish bank do the conversion to DKK.聽 It's generally cheaper that way.聽 You don't need a USD account at Nordea to do this.
