HI all

Just sold the house in UK and now ready to look at removal companies. Does anyone have any recommendations? Finding it very difficult to get quotes this side.

Research bringing vehicles as road tax on 5 yr + diesel is very high. Vehicles are more expensive here so check before deciding. Tot dutyd vat free import requires vehicle to be owned over 6 months. 20 ft container is all you need unless you have vehicle. Peter Morton did our move and was ok.

@susangoldsworthy5 When we moved in 2022 I got quotes from UK based companies and I was getting silly numbers. The average UK quote was around 拢15 - 16k for a 40 foot container. We contacted Peter Morton and they cost 拢8.5k including a full pack of everything in the house. They managed everything for us including dealing with Cypriot customs.

The whole process was very smooth.
