Hi, we have found 2 new properties - Panicheri and Rupkite.聽 Does anyone have any experience of these聽 places as like both?聽 Many thanks,聽 not sure which one to go for - one minor repairs one major!

It depends on the price of each house.
I know a Ukrainian guy who bought a house in Hisarya, near Panicheri. He hired local people to renovate it but eventually did the renovation himself, as he wasn't happy with their work.

We've decided on rupkite.聽 Need to carry out lots of repairs to the property but we like the location.聽 Just need to sort out builders once purchase is complete.
