Field hockey in Brussels area - for beginner players

I am not new to Brussels (been here for 15+ years) but new to the forum.聽
I am British (male) and in my 40s, looking to get into playing field hockey. I played very briefly in high school in the UK over 30 years ago (for less than a year and I would stress that I wasn't very good but did enjoy it).
Does anyone happen to know of any field hockey clubs in Brussels areas that would cater for beginner players (and also older players).
I speak fluent French and basic Dutch so in principle language shouldn't be an issue.
