but booked the ticket 07 to 10 from Srilanka to New delhi

now my question is

How long should i wait there? 

will they send to Belgium consulate of Srilanka?

or will they give the visa on sameday?

it will most probably be an annex document that allow you to cross the border.

But there's no guarantee you'll get it immediately. (Consult / Embassador must sign it => must be available + need to verify your file)

Most likely you'll need to come back to the embassy or they'll send by mail to your address...

i got the mail from New delhi that i have to submit the passport to colombo consulate to issue the visa  so i submitted my passport on 20th Novemner its been 3 weeks i didnt get my passport back. is there any pblm with my visa approval?  why they take too much time to stamp the visa on the passport?
