Hello Harmonie do we need to fill out forms for retirement from the USA or in Panama and do we need an attorney in Panama for that if yes what are the fees?? thank you.

Yes, you need a Pma attorney. Attorney fees vary, to process a pensionado visa runs about $1000-1500. By the way, you can´t work with that visa.

Hola yo soy Espanola y me gustaria saber si necesito un working visa para trabajar en Panama. Ya tengo el billete y llego alli el dia 21 de Abril. En una pagina de internet lei que por ser espanola no necesitas visa, pero ahora estoy insegura ya que yo quiero establecerme alli. In fact, no tengo un billete de retorno a Espana todavia. Puede alguien aconsejarme por favor?

Hi Harmonie, sorry, I did not post in English as my doubt just applies to Spanish nationality.
I was asking whether I need a working Visa to work in Panama (being Spanish) and if I had to show a return flight on my arrival there.
