why u so worry?

Dear evi, u don't have to worry..yup as I know singaporean people always busy (looks like they individual character but actually they don't they're friendly too just like indonesian people they just bit busy that's it)...oh..if u maybe bit nervious/hesitate with strange people that u not know before, u could find some indonesian people who's living at there already ... Hoping could helped u makes u feeling just like at ur hometown hihi...okay goodluck to find indonesian friends at there

Being married to a Singaporean does NOT automatically give you a visa or a right to stay in Singapore.
If you can prove to ICA that yours in not a marriage of convenience for the purpose of getting the visa (this usually means already having lived together for a year or two) and your partner has enough income to cover your living expenses (this usually means over S$2800/month salary), then you can apply for an LTVP at ICA.
Since your e-XTEND application was already rejected, you will probably not be given another SVP when you exit and try to re-enter Singapore again. So you better wait three months before returning to Singapore, or apply for a visit visa at the Singapore embassy in your country.

I think these are your options:
- If you lived together before (or have another proof of being a "real" couple and not a visa fraud) AND your partner earns above S$2800/month, apply for an LTVP at ICA.
- If not, plan on visiting Singapore less frequently on SVP in future (two or three times a year for a month each is probably o.k.).
- Or you could find a job in Singapore and apply for a work visa on your own merit (without your partner's sponsorship).
