As a Foreigner How to start business in Philippines?

What is the type of business a foreigner on SRRV is allowed to do? I was informed that foreigners are not allowed to do trading business? Can we(foreigners) do Currency exchange trading? I know SRRV can be used to buy condominium or lease land or property or invested in the share market..Can we invest in restaurants(medium scale or small scale), stores and in taxi service..Or the only way possible is to invest all these in the name of the trusted locals?
