Hello, I would like to ask if there is a fee for converting my BPI savings acct to a payroll acct for my new employer?I created this acct with my previous employer before, I resigned and continued to use the acct and I want to convert it again to a payroll acct. Since the HR only provided me a bank endorsement letter that will be given to the bank
