You can try and negotiate an arrangement but usually the monthly rental is higher because of more costs involved. It pays to ask.聽

- furnished or semi furnished...
- 3 rooms minimum
- garden

We will be moving to Penang or KL in 2-3 months.聽 I am doing some research on house rentals in both places.聽 After some reading, tanjung Bungah and Tokong are what we will be looking at.聽 Looking at property websites, there seems to be a lot of choices.聽

No I'm not a property agent. I owned few houses in penang and KL. I'm doing short term and long term rental for all my properties.
